Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Koryla. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Koryla provides an edge-based A/B testing platform that allows you to run experiments on your website via Cloudflare Workers. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must notify us immediately at hello@koryla.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not use Koryla to:
The free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees. We may change or discontinue free plan features at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at hello@koryla.com.
You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the experiments, variants, or analytics data you create on Koryla.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of revenue or data resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koryla's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@koryla.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
