Refund Policy

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you have 60 days from the receipt date to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for the refund, the product must be in good condition and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@koryla.com. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, and make sure to keep the tracking number until your refund is complete.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at support@koryla.com with your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item free of charge. Be sure to include your order number to help facilitate the return process.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order after payment has been processed, contact us as soon as possible. We ship orders daily, Monday to Saturday. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item for a refund.

Change of Mind/Exchanges

For changes of mind or exchanges, please contact us at support@koryla.com within the 60-day money-back period. We do not accept returns for changes of mind beyond the 60-day window.

Non-received Items

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within one week of the delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process it within 1 business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
